Kenya's national sevens team, Shujaa, beat the Kenya Morans 24-5 in an all-Kenyan final at Nyayo National Stadium on Sunday 11 October to win the Safari Sevens for the fifth year in a row.
The Kenya Lionesses made it a double for the hosts. They beat Uganda's Lady Cranes 22-5 in the deciding match of the women's competition and finished with five wins out of five.
How the final went
Neither side scored in the first half. Shujaa then scored four times after the break.
Rayvon Ambale scored first and kicked the conversion: 7-0.
